Interstate Routes

I-5 NB Exit 120 ramp to Old Hwy 99 (DC400) - South Roseburg

Effective July 30, 2015, the ramp from I-5 northbound Exit 120 to Old Hwy 99 (DC400) will be closed between the hours of 4 AM & 4 PM. Estimated date of completion is August 1, 2015.

I-5 MP 162 to MP 170 NB & SB (south of Cottage Grove) -- NEW --

Effective July 8, 2015, this section of I-5 will be restricted to 16 feet 00 in. in width, and 16 feet 11 in. in height Sunday through Thursday nights between the hours of 7 PM & 7 AM. Estimated date of completion is August 14, 2015.

I-5 NB Exit 248 ramp to Delaney Rd (south of Salem)

Effective August 4, 2015, the ramp from I-5 northbound Exit 248 to Delaney Rd will be intermittently closed between the hours of 8 PM & 5:30 AM. Estimated date of completion is August 12, 2015.

I-5 NB on-ramp from Delaney Rd (south of Salem)

Effective August 4, 2015, the ramp from Delaney Rd to I-5 northbound will be intermittently closed between the hours of 8 PM & 5:30 AM. Estimated date of completion is August 12, 2015.

I-5 SB Exit 252 ramp to Kuebler Blvd (Salem)

Effective July 13, 2015, the I-5 SB Exit 252 off-ramp to Kuebler Blvd will be restricted to 14 feet 00 in. in width. Mobile homes with eaves are allowed provided the base width does not exceed 14 feet 00 in. in width. Estimated date of completion is September 30, 2015.

I-5 MP 271.35 to MP 276.01 NB & SB (Woodburn)

Effective August 26, 2013, this section of I-5 southbound will be restricted to 17 feet 01 in. in height. Effective November 13, 2014, this section of I-5 northbound will be restricted to 16 feet 09 in. in height. Estimated date of completion is September 30, 2016.

I-5 NB & SB Exit 271 ramps to / from OR214 / OR219 (Woodburn)

Effective November 13, 2014, the on- and off-ramps to/from I-5 northbound and southbound Exit 271 to OR214 and OR219 will be restricted to 16 feet 00 in. in width. Mobile homes with eaves are allowed, provided the base width does not exceed 16 feet 00 in. in width. Estimated date of completion is September 30, 2016.

I-5 MP 293.62 NB (Truck Lane - Portland)

Effective April 22, 2015, the I-5 northbound truck lane will be closed on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 PM & 5 AM, and on Saturdays between the hours of 8 PM & 8 AM. When closed, truck traffic will be directed to remain on the I-5 northbound mainline. In addition, when open, the I-5 northbound truck lane will be restricted to 20 feet 00 in. in width. Estimated date of completion is July 31, 2015.

I-5 MP 301 to MP 294 SB ramps (Portland)

Effective June 1, 2015, the following ramps will be intermittently closed between the hours of 8 PM & 9 AM: ramp from Harbor Dr to I-5 SB; I-5 SB Exit 299A to OR43 / Lake Oswego; ramp from Hood Ave to I-5 SB; I-5 SB Exit 297 to Terwilliger Blvd; I-5 SB Exit 296B to Multnomah Blvd; I-5 SB Exit 296A to Barbur Blvd; I-5 SB Exit 295 to Capitol Hwy; ramp from Capitol Hwy to I-5 SB. Estimated date of completion is July 30, 2015.

I-5 MP 294 to MP 301 NB & SB (Portland)

Effective May 14, 2015, this section of I-5 will be restricted to 12 feet 00 in. in width between the hours of 10 PM & 8 AM. In addition, the height will be restricted to 14 feet 10 in. in height northbound, and 15 feet 00 in. in height southbound during the same time. Estimated date of completion is September 15, 2015.

I-5 MP 294 to MP 301 NB ramps (Portland)

Effective June 1, 2015, the following ramps will be intermittently closed between the hours of 8 PM & 9 AM: ramp from Barbur Blvd to I-5 NB (near Exit 294); I-5 NB Exit 295 to Taylors Ferry Rd; ramp from Capitol Hwy to I-5 NB; ramp from Spring Garden St to I-5 NB; I-5 NB Exit 297 to / from Terwilliger Blvd ; ramp from Multnomah Blvd to I-5 NB; I-5 NB Exit 298 to Corbett Ave; I-5 NB Exit 299A to / from OR43 / Macadam Ave. Estimated date of completion is August 10, 2015.

I-5 MP 298 to MP 306 NB & SB (Portland)

Effective February 9, 2015, this section of I-5 will be restricted to 13 feet 00 in. in width between the hours of 10 PM & 5 AM. Estimated date of completion is October 30, 2015.

I-5 MP 298 to MP 306 NB & SB (Portland)

Effective February 9, 2015, this section of I-5 will be restricted to 15 feet 05 in. in height northbound, and 14 feet 06 in. in height southbound between the hours of 8 PM & 8 AM. Estimated date of completion is October 30, 2015.

I-5 NB Exit 298 ramp to Corbett Ave (Portland)

Effective March 2, 2015, the ramp from I-5 northbound Exit 298 to Corbett Ave will be intermittently closed per the following schedule: Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 PM & 6 AM; Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 9 PM & 7 AM. Estimated date of completion is October 30, 2015.

I-5 NB Exit 299A ramp to Macadam Ave (OR43) NB (Portland)

Effective March 2, 2015, the ramp from I-5 northbound Exit 299A to Macadam Ave (OR43) northbound will be intermittently closed per the following schedule: Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 PM & 6 AM; Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 9 PM & 7 AM. Estimated date of completion is November 30, 2015.

I-5 SB MP 303.08 to MP 299.00 (Portland)

Effective June 1, 2015, this section of I-5 will be intermittently closed between the hours of 10 PM & 8 AM. Estimated date of completion is August 25, 2015.

I-5 SB MP 303.08 to MP 299.00 ramps (Portland)

Effective June 1, 2015, the following ramps will be intermittently closed between the hours of 10 PM & 8 AM: ramp from Greeley Avenue to I-5 southbound; ramp from I-405 northbound to I-5 southbound; ramps to / from I-5 southbound Exit 302A to Moda Center; I-5 southbound Exit 301 ramp to I-84 eastbound; I-84 southbound Exit 300B ramp to US26 / OR99E / OMSI / Oregon City; ramp from I-84 westbound to I-5 southbound; ramp from I-5 southbound to I-405 northbound; I-5 southbound Exit 299A ramp to OR43 southbound. Effective June 15, 2015, the ramp from I-5 northbound to I-405 northbound and Naito Pkwy will be intermittently closed between the hours of 10 PM & 8 AM. Estimated date of completion is August 15, 2015.

I-5 MP 299.9 to MP 300.1 NB (Marquam Bridge - Portland)

Effective June 15, 2015, this section of I-5 northbound will be intermittently closed between the hours of 10 PM & 8 AM. Estimated date of completion is August 15, 2015.

I-5 NB on-ramp from OR43 NB (Portland) -- NEW --

Effective August 9, 2015, the ramp from OR43 northbound to I-5 northbound will be closed between the hours of 4 AM & 11 AM for one day only.

I-5 MP 300.26 to MP 300.36 NB (Marquam Bridge - Portland) -- NEW --

Effective August 9, 2015, this section of I-5 northbound will be closed between the hours of 4 AM & 11 AM for one day only.

I-5 MP 300.32 to MP 301.13 NB (Portland)

Effective June 19, 2015, this section of I-5 northbound will be intermittently closed on Friday nights between the hours of 10 PM & 5 AM. Estimated date of completion is August 1, 2015.

I-5 NB Exit 300 ramp to I-84 EB (Portland)

Effective June 19, 2015, the ramp from I-5 northbound Exit 300 to I-84 eastbound will be intermittently closed on Friday nights between the hours of 10 PM & 5 AM. Estimated date of completion is August 1, 2015.

I-5 SB Exit 300B ramp to US26 / OR99E (Portland)

Effective March 2, 2015, the ramp from I-5 southbound Exit 300B to US26 / OR99E will be intermittently closed per the following schedule: Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 PM & 6 AM; Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 9 PM & 7 AM. Estimated date of completion is October 30, 2015.

I-5 SB Exit 300B ramp to US26 / OR99E (Portland)

Effective July 31, 2015, the ramp from I-5 southbound Exit 300B to US26 / OR99E will be intermittently closed on Friday nights between the hours of 9 PM & 6 AM. Estimated date of completion is August 29, 2015.

I-5 SB ramp from Weidler St / Wheeler Ave / Winning Way (Portland)

Effective March 2, 2015, the ramp from Weidler St / Wheeler Ave / Winning Way to I-5 southbound will be intermittently closed per the following schedule: Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 PM & 6 AM; Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 9 PM & 7 AM. Estimated date of completion is October 30, 2015.

I-5 NB on-ramp from Broadway St (Portland)

Effective March 2, 2015, the ramp from Broadway St to I-5 northbound will be intermittently closed per the following schedule: Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 PM & 6 AM; Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 9 PM & 7 AM. Estimated date of completion is October 30, 2015.

I-5 NB Exit 302C to Greeley St (Portland) -- NEW --

Effective August 9, 2015, the ramp from I-5 northbound Exit 302C to Greeley St will be closed between the hours of 4 AM and 12 noon for one day only.

I-5 SB Exit 303 ramp to Alberta St / Swan Island (Portland)

Effective March 2, 2015, the ramp from I-5 southbound Exit 303 to Alberta St / Swan Island will be intermittently closed per the following schedule: Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 PM & 6 AM; Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 9 PM & 7 AM. Estimated date of completion is October 30, 2015.

I-5 SB Exit 304 ramp to Rosa Parks Way (Portland)

Effective March 2, 2015, the ramp from I-5 southbound Exit 304 to Rosa Parks Way will be intermittently closed per the following schedule: Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 PM & 6 AM; Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 9 PM & 7 AM. Estimated date of completion is October 30, 2015.

I-5 NB Exit 305A ramp to Lombard St (US30 Bypass) EB (Portland)

Effective March 2, 2015, the ramp from I-5 northbound Exit 305A to Lombard St (US30 Bypass) eastbound will be intermittently closed between the hours of 10 PM & 5 AM. Estimated date of completion is November 30, 2015.

I-5 NB Exit 305B ramp to Lombard St (US30 Bypass) WB (Portland)

Effective March 2, 2015, the ramp from I-5 northbound Exit 305B to Lombard St (US30 Bypass) westbound will be intermittently closed between the hours of 10 PM & 5 AM. Estimated date of completion is November 30, 2015.

I-5 SB MP 308.38 (Interstate Bridge - Portland)

Effective August 8, 2015, this section of I-5 southbound will be restricted to 12 feet 00 in. in width between the hours of 5 AM & 10 AM. Estimated date of completion is August 8, 2015.

I-84 WB ramp to City Center / OMSI / Morrison Bridge (Portland)

Effective March 2, 2015, the ramp from I-84 westbound to City Center / OMSI / Morrison Bridge will be intermittently closed per the following schedule: Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 PM & 6 AM; Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 9 PM & 7 AM. The ramp from I-84 WB to I-5 SB will remain open. Estimated date of completion is October 30, 2015.

I-84 WB on-ramp from Glisan St (Portland)

Effective August 8, 2015, the I-84 westbound on-ramp from Glisan St. will be closed between the hours of 9 PM & 10 AM. Estimated date of completion is August 9, 2015.

I-84 WB on-ramp from N Sundial Frontage Road (Troutdale)

Effective July 29, 2015, the ramp from N Sundial Frontage Road (Troutdale) to I-84 westbound will be closed between the hours of 10 PM & 5 AM (NIGHTTIME). Estimated date of completion is August 5, 2015.

Marine Dr SB crossing under I-84 (Troutdale)

Effective June 26, 2015 at 10 PM, Marine Dr southbound crossing under I-84 will be closed. This closure is NOT on the I-84 mainline, and the I-84 eastbound and westbound Exit 17 ramps will remain open. Marine Dr will re-open by 5 AM on Monday, June 29, 2015.

I-84 EB MP 44.1 (Cascade Locks)

Effective August 24, 2015, this section of I-84 eastbound will be restricted to 14 feet 00 in. in width between the hours of 8 AM & 3 PM. Mobile homes with eaves are allowed, provided the base width does not exceed 14 feet 00 in. in width. Estimated date of completion is August 24, 2015.

I-84 MP 45.60 to MP 64.50 EB & WB (Cascade Locks-Hood River)

Effective July 26, 2015, this section of I-84 will be restricted to 19 feet 00 in. in width from Midnight Sunday night to 12 Noon on Fridays. Estimated date of completion is November 30, 2016.

I-84 WB MP 55.13 (Wyeth)

Effective August 25, 2015, this section of I-84 westbound will be restricted to 14 feet 00 in. in width between the hours of 8 AM & 3 PM. Mobile homes with eaves are allowed, provided the base width does not exceed 14 feet 00 in. in width. Estimated date of completion is August 25, 2015.

I-84 MP 62.05 WB (Crossing Under Exit 62/US30 - Hood River)

Effective July 26, 2015, I-84 westbound crossing under Exit 62 (US30) will be restricted to 15 feet 05 in. in height. Estimated date of completion is November 30, 2016.

I-84 MP 63.92 WB (Crossing Under Exit 63/2nd St - Hood River)

Effective July 26, 2015, I-84 westbound crossing under Exit 63 (2nd St) will be restricted to 15 feet 09 in. in height. Estimated date of completion is November 30, 2016.

I-84 EB Exit 87 ramp to US197 (The Dalles) -- NEW --

Effective August 14, 2015, the ramp from I-84 eastbound Exit 87 to US197 will be intermittently closed Monday through Friday between the hours of 10 PM & 5 AM. Estimated date of completion is September 3, 2015.

I-84 MP 95.80 to MP 110.46 EB & WB (east of The Dalles)

Effective May 1, 2015, this section of I-84 will be restricted to 11 feet 06 in. in width between the hours of 7 PM & 7 AM. Estimated date of completion is September 18, 2015.

I-84 MP 245.85 to MP 252.40 EB (west of La Grande)

Effective March 30, 2015, this section of I-84 eastbound will be restricted to 13 feet 00 in. in width, 80 feet 00 in. in trailer length (inclusive of tongue), and 120 feet 00 in. in overall length. Mobile homes with eaves are allowed, provided the base width does not exceed 13 feet 00 in. in width. Loads that do not exceed legal width (8 feet 06 in.) will be allowed up to 160 feet 00 in. in overall length, and the trailer length is not limited. Estimated date of completion is November 1, 2015.

I-84 MP 252.40 to MP 245.85 WB (west of La Grande)

Effective March 30, 2015, this section of I-84 westbound will be restricted to 15 feet 00 in. in width, 80 feet 00 in. in trailer length (inclusive of tongue), and 120 feet 00 in. in overall length. Mobile homes with eaves are allowed, provided the base width does not exceed 15 feet 00 in. in width. Loads that do not exceed legal width (8 feet 06 in.) will be allowed up to 160 feet 00 in. in overall length, and the trailer length is not limited. In addition, all overwidth loads (over 8 feet 06 in. in width) must stay in the right lane between MP 251.5-250 and MP 248-246; passing other vehicles through these areas is strictly prohibited. Estimated date of completion is November 1, 2015.

Effective May 11, 2015, this section of I-84 westbound will be restricted to 19 feet 00 in. in width. Estimated date of completion is October 31, 2015.

Effective May 26, 2015, the ramp from Ladd Creek Rd to I-84 westbound will be closed. Estimated date of completion is October 31, 2015.

I-84 MP 270 to MP 271 EB (east of La Grande)

Effective May 11, 2015, this section of I-84 eastbound will be restricted to 16 feet 00 in. in width. Estimated date of completion is October 31, 2015.

I-84 MP 285.68 to MP 289.17 EB & WB (North Powder)

Effective June 9, 2015, this section of I-84 will be restricted to 20 feet 00 in. in width. Estimated date of completion is November 27, 2015.

I-84 MP 330 to MP 343 EB & WB (west of Ontario)

Effective April 27, 2015, this section of I-84 will be restricted to 12 feet 00 in. in width between the hours of 7 PM & 7 AM. This section of I-84 will be restricted to 16 feet 00 in. in width between the hours of 7 AM & 7 PM. Loads wider than 16 feet 00 in. in width may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis. Contact the Over-Dimension Permits Unit for information. In addition, the height will be restricted to 17 feet 10 in. in height eastbound, and 17 feet 03 in. in height westbound at all hours. Estimated date of completion is July 31, 2015.

I-84 MP 354 to MP 346 WB (west of Ontario)

Effective May 19, 2015, this section of I-84 westbound will be restricted to 12 feet 00 in. in width between the hours of 6 PM & 6 AM. In addition, this section of I-84 westbound will be restricted to 16 feet 00 in. in width between the hours of 6 AM & 6 PM. Loads wider than 16 feet 00 in. in width may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis. Contact the Over-Dimension Permits Unit for information. Estimated date of completion is October 1, 2015.

I-84 WB MP 353.6 (Farewell Bend)

Effective August 18, 2015, this section of I-84 westbound will be restricted to 14 feet 00 in. in width between the hours of 12 noon & 5 PM. Mobile homes with eaves are allowed, provided the base width does not exceed 14 feet 00 in. in width. Estimated date of completion is August 18, 2015.

I-84 EB MP 354.38 (Old's Ferry)

Effective August 18, 2015, this section of I-84 eastbound will be restricted to 14 feet 00 in. in width between the hours of 8 AM & 12 noon. Mobile homes with eaves are allowed, provided the base width does not exceed 14 feet 00 in. in width. Estimated date of completion is August 18, 2015.

I-105 EB Exit 4A ramp to I-5 SB (Eugene)

Effective August 2, 2015, the ramp from I-105 eastbound Exit 4A to I-5 southbound will be closed between the hours of 10 PM & 6 AM. Estimated date of completion is August 6, 2015.

I-205 MP 3 to MP 21 NB & SB -- NEW --

Effective August 24, 2015, this section of I-205 will be restricted to 12 feet 00 in. in width per the following schedule: Sunday through Thursday nights between the hours of 10 PM & 5 AM; Friday nights between the hours of 11 PM & 7 AM; Saturday nights between the hours of 10 PM & 8 AM. Estimated date of completion is September 4, 2015.

I-205 MP 4.29 to MP 4.30 NB & SB (Crossing under Johnson Rd - Portland)

Effective August 24, 2015, I-205 northbound and southbound crossing under Johnson Rd will be restricted to 17 feet 11 in. in height per the following schedule: Sunday through Thursday nights between the hours of 10 PM & 5 AM, Friday nights between the hours of 11 PM & 7 AM, and Saturday nights between the hours of 10 PM & 8 AM. Estimated date of completion is September 4, 2015.

I-205 MP 8.69 SB (Crossing Under Broadway St - Portland)

Effective August 24, 2015, I-205 southbound crossing under Broadway St will be restricted to 16 feet 07 in. in height per the following schedule: Sunday through Thursday nights between the hours of 10 PM & 5 AM, Friday nights between the hours of 11 PM & 7 AM, and Saturday nights between the hours of 10 PM & 8 AM. Effective August 24, 2015, the ramp from OR43 southbound to I-205 northbound will be intermittently closed per the following schedule: Sunday through Thursday nights between the hours of 10 PM & 5 AM; Friday nights between the hours of 11 PM & 7 AM; Saturday nights between the hours of 10 PM & 8 AM. Estimated date of completion is September 4, 2015.

I-205 MP 12 to MP 14 NB & SB (Clackamas)

Effective April 7, 2014, this section of I-205 will be restricted to 12 feet 00 in. in width on Monday to Friday between the hours of 10 PM & 5 AM (NIGHTTIME). In addition, this section of I-205 will be restricted to 16 feet 11 in. in height on Monday to Friday between the hours of 8 PM & 5:30 AM. Estimated date of completion is October 31, 2015.

I-205 NB Exit 13 ramp to OR213 & OR224 (Milwaukie)

Effective July 27, 2015, the I-205 NB Exit 13 off-ramp to OR213 and OR224 will be closed between the hours of 10 PM & 6 AM. Estimated date of completion is July 30, 2015.

I-205 NB on-ramp from US26 / Powell Blvd (Portland) -- NEW --

Effective August 24, 2015, the ramp from US26 / Powell Blvd to I-205 northbound will be intermittently closed per the following schedule: Sunday through Thursday nights between the hours of 10 PM & 5 AM; Friday nights between the hours of 11 PM & 7 AM; Saturday nights between the hours of 10 PM & 8 AM. Effective June 7, 2015, the ramp from I-405 southbound to I-5 southbound will be intermittently closed between the hours of 10 PM & 8 AM. Estimated date of completion is July 29, 2015.

I-405 SB ramp to I-5 NB (Portland)

Effective June 19, 2015, the ramp from I-405 southbound to I-5 northbound will be intermittently closed on Friday nights between the hours of 10 PM & 5 AM. Estimated date of completion is August 1, 2015.

Effective August 9, 2015, this section of I-405 southbound will be closed between the hours of 4 AM and 11 AM for one day only. Effective June 19, 2015, the ramp from SW 5th Ave to I-405 southbound will be intermittently closed on Friday nights between the hours of 10 PM & 5 AM. Estimated date of completion is August 1, 2015.

I-405 MP 4.2 to MP 3.2 SB (Fremont Bridge - Portland) -- NEW --

Effective August 9, 2015, this section of I-405 southbound will be closed between the hours of 4 AM and 12 noon for one day only. In addition, the following ramps will be closed during the same time: ramp from I-5 northbound to I-405 southbound; ramp from I-5 southbound to I-405 southbound; ramp from Kerby St to I-405 southbound; ramp from I-405 southbound Exit 3 to US30 westbound.

Effective August 9, 2015, this section of US26 westbound (Ross Island Bridge) will be closed between the hours of 4 AM & 11 AM for one day only.

US26 EB ramp to OR99E SB (Ross Island Bridge - Portland) -- NEW --

Effective August 9, 2015, the ramp from US26 eastbound (Ross Island Bridge) to OR99E southbound will be closed between the hours of 4 AM & 9:30 AM for one day only.

US26 WB ramp from OR99E NB / Woodward St (Portland) -- NEW --

Beginning April 1, 2015, this section of US26 will be closed for approximately 30 minutes per the following schedule: In April, May, September, and October: 30-minute closures may occur Mon/Tues/Thurs nights between the hours of 5:30 PM & 6:30 PM. In June, July, and August: 30-minute closures may occur Mon/Tues/Thurs nights between 6:30 PM & 7:30 PM.
